Position Summary

The Property Tax Analyst II functions as support to the BPP team including but not limited to filing returns, reviewing and appealing assessment notices, and processing tax bills. As an employee of Invoke, the Analyst II is exposed to all areas of the business, including all service lines, tax bill remittance, and payments for both real and personal property. The Analyst II is responsible for ensuring client appeals are handled appropriately, working with the Senior Staff to work through valuation methodologies. This role allows the Property Tax Analyst II to develop an understanding of the appeal process by working renditions/properties and managing relationships with assessors.

Position Summary

The Sales and Use Tax Senior Consultant’s primary responsibilities are to identify Sales and Use tax savings opportunities for multi-state clients and direct staff in day to-day operations. The incumbent will be meeting with clients and/or taxing authorities, preparing correspondence, researching issues, completing data reconciliations, making taxability decisions and preparing tax authority filings. Some travel required (up to 30%)

SENIOR Manager – Property TAX

Position Summary

The Senior Manager is responsible for providing property tax services to Invoke’s clients. The Senior Manager ensures that the following activities occur at the highest levels: business development, providing client service, reporting, invoicing, collections, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.  The Senior Manager ensures the Managers are implementing the Statement of Work for each of Invoke clients, and AppealTrack, our internal software tool, is used and maintained by Managers. A Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of property tax analysis and consulting relating to real and personal property taxes. The Senior Manager will assist the Directors in overseeing the management of Managers and Analysts in a positive manner, reviewing the work product and assisting in sales pursuits and client conversations.
