Ellen Zumar is the Director of Complex Personal Property at Invoke Tax Partners. She leads a team of professionals that is dedicated to providing an extraordinary level of service to our clients.

Her experience includes extensive work in the manufacturing, printing and publishing, broadcasting, oil and gas, telecommunication, distribution, retail and hospitality industries.
Ellen’s many years of service in this industry have given her insight into identifying and quantifying significant and long-lasting property tax savings for our clients. Her success negotiating reductions in property tax liabilities across the United States has led to hundreds of thousands of dollars in property tax reductions.
Ellen has several decades of experience in the State and Local Tax Profession. Before joining Invoke Tax Partners Ellen was with CTMI since 1997. Before that Ellen served eighteen years with a national retailer as a tax professional involved in Real and Personal Property Tax, Sales and Use Tax and strategic tax planning.
Ellen holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Wesleyan University. She holds a CMI designation with the Institute of Professionals in Taxation. Ellen is a voting member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals. She is a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant in the State of Texas.
Ellen is a licensed Tax Agent in Los Angeles County, CA, the State of Arizona and the State of Tennessee.
